Bull Sharks

Hey guys,
Am heading down the Gold Coast canals next week and will be soft plasticing mostly thorugh the day, but was wondering how difficult it is to target bullsharks there. Will Be fishing for them at night, most likly with my Abu Baity. Loaded with 30 lb braid. So waht tackle do you suggest, and what bait and where etc. If its possible to actually target them.

let us know how you go i live near a canal in Maroochydore and would love to try some shark fishing in that. People still swim in it it scares the hell out of me.

G'day,

Try a live bait, fished on the bottom (the bigger the live bait the better). Make sure your wire is plastic coated, and your hooks sharp.
