Re: Frangers - Finally Cracked Them
WE got a Question for you aswell. AS you might have noticed DANO was using a BReam Buster rod. I was using a much stiffer Penn Elite. Now we noticed that quite often i would jig up and be hit on teh jig and hook up immediately while DANo ahs alot of hits but could not hook up. WE put this down to the fact that DANO's bream buster was alot softer in the tip and therefore the rod would bend during a hit and not set the hook. What are your thoughts on this.
Cheers,
Jackash.

Re: Frangers - Finally Cracked Them
Well your post inspired me to go give the sp's another try and i did it. we had to fight out way past a mountain of pike to get to the fish but fishing the mooloolabah rock wall between 3 of us we managed a spottie mackrel, 80-85 cm flattie (released), a couple of moses pearch and a couple of bream and about a tone of pike. I think it micgh have been the new rod and reel that did it for me
cheers tom
