    Casting to Jacks

    I am looking for a location to spend a day flicking for Jacks. I have a feww locations around the Gold Coast that produce on livies or deep trolled lures(I can't afford that anymore). Has anyone got any suggestions as too an area conductive to casting. I am thinking about the Noosa between the lakes or the Tin Can Bay area. Greatly appreciate any advice.

    i hear that plenty of jacks come from the upper reaches of the nooosa river (between the lakes and further up)... heard some reports lately actually, but mainly small fish. goood time of year for lizards too so even if the jacks arnt there you in with a shot of a few fish.
