G'day all,
Just wondering what winds are the best (worst ) winds to get in Morton Bay. Not that any wind is a good wind but which ones are better than others?
Cheers

Better for WHAT? Fishing S/E Boating NONE
always try to fish wind the same direction as the tide.

For bay travels N/E 15 + cause shitting conditions leaving from most ramps, closely followed by S/E 15+, but these give you a better window or opportunity to get out.

N/W wind is a waste of time and money anywhere. The lighter the wind, the better, peferably in the same direction as the tidal flow. If near an island, for example, stay in the lee. Out in the open, not a chance.

I was out last Friday in 30knt S/SW and it was absolutely shocking. No break anywhere from above the middle of the bay to about Lamb Island. Shouldn't have been there really.
