Anyone know what the sunshine coast beaches are looking like at the moment?
Was thinking of heading up there Monday but don't want to be stuck picking weed off the line - guess the winds and swell might have stirred it up a bit?
just got back from maroochydore and there is a fair bit of weed at the moment ,, the swell has droped a fair bit from the cyclone because it has now droped to a low. but the weed is still around
Went up to the Maroochy River mouth on Monday pm - there was no weed, but the rain hit about the same time i first got the line in the water. managed to worry the undersize whiting for about an hour before calling it quits
