hey guys was down at the local tackle shop and saw the new overheads that mitchell has brought out they are leaver drag and were only $220 i know what ur saying a tld is not much more but it looked and felt like a nice reel and the fact that it had level wind as well is good as well as i can b a lazy fisher ...lol
my point is does any1 know anything about these new reels or have any you guys used one

Are you talking about the Mitchell TI series?
If so a few of the blokes around here are using them and they all seem happy with them. I've had none come back with any probs at all. They are bit on the heavy side perhaps, but built solid.
that might be them have just been having a look for a pic of one for this page....they are sliver they come in 2 sizes both leaver drag ....its the 1st mitchell overhead i have seen
