Has anyone got the design for a Scissors(push) net

Hey, a freind told me about these Scissors (push) nets.

has anyone got a design sheet or anything like that as i have never seen one before and i would really like to have a go at makin one.

if anyone has a pic or anything can you please send it to me....

But if they are to be used in NSW they must conform to several different design limitations.

These cover things such as mesh size, total span and depth of net from memory. Plus they must be registered.
