    Hi
    Does anyone know the legal size limit for leatherjacket
    can you send me some pics. Usually if I catch one if it doesnt fit in the bucket then I will keep it. they are great eating!!!

    No size limit here in NSW - i think they are great to eat as well one of my favourites.

    no size limit but no point keeping anything much under 40cm

    once again the chinamen leather jackets should be plauging alot of nsw reefs

    it seems that there are no bag and size limits for Leatherjack.
    If in doubt, one can check here: http://www.fisheries.nsw.gov.au/recr...ts_-_saltwater

    And yes, they are very tasty - but, I just had one of th ebuggers byte of a hook - not the line - the hook. So careful with those nasty teeths.

    Thats what I have problems with and if they dont bite the hook you cant get it out >
