TWeed/Gold coast green weed

Hay guys just moved up from NSW central coast and wanted to give the tweed luderick a nudge..BUT cant seem to find any good places for green weed(soft ot wire) or even cabbage..??any ideas or even hints on any possible locations...I know its usually a dirty question to ask but a mnot a harvester just a small handful for me...any help appreciated

Used to be plenty of cabbage on the rocks beside the southern wall at Kingscliffe. Don't know about green weed in that area though.

Nimbin has plenty of green weed. Just kiddin. I was going to say Kingscliff as well. I have dived a bit in this area and have seen plenty of luders. They are there somewhere.

i've saw in in a tackle shop on the road to surfers paradise, just before the Miami high, on the left, heading north. not sure of the quality.

i'm also sure i've saw the luderick in the tweed river at the boat ramp, below the tweed by pass, on dry dock road.

Not too many people use green weed up here. Most use the black weed. You get this from the drains down near the cane fields heading south from Tweed heads.
Cabbage you can get from any of the rock platforms along the coast. Try Kirra, Currumbin and the walls along Palmbeach at 11th Ave and further north.
Green weed, it only appears in small batches on the Gold Coast & at that a guarded secret
