Mullet Roe ANY SUGESTIONS for bait

Has any one any ideas on what to do with the roe from muttet for BAIT.
I have read that mixing it in with burley and in a dough mix but it must be able to be used some how by it self, and in bread crumbs and fried is not an option for me.!!!!

sounds strange but mix it in with a bucket of cunje, have brained the big sea bream at night pot hole fishing and the drummer seem to love it even that bit more covered in mullet roe

why not put a whole roe on a couple of size two long shank bait keepers ganed. and then wrap bait buddy or similar around it to hold it on the hook, then a very gentle cast... reckon bream/ tarwhine would be interested. i think there is better more redily avalible baits around though, if ya got heaps of it why not give it ago.

Probably some kind of ancient asian aphrodisiac, or do mullet need to be endangered before their body parts have any benefits.

talk about sacrilege, if you don't like em fried in breadcrumbs try them smoked, they bring $120 a kilo overseas like that. i'll take em off ya hands if they are fresh, to buy 2nds they fetch $25 a kilo and often broken and very small. Couldnt see how they would work as a bait though, maybe berley.

WOW .. all these ideas and I just can't belive no one has said they do use it, Plenty of surgestions Asian Aphrodisiac seems to be the most insperational thought but it is fish I am chasing not a new Pole as the old one still catches a feed from time to time it just takes longer to get the results. But please keep them coming some one MUST have a special way of using it... MULLET ROE.... That is !!!!!!!
