also got a slatey bream . after bleeding didnt fillet to baddly very white flesh and cooked up well.
but the snapper and tuscys were the best all over 2 kg and the family loved them. sorry no pics but i got a pic of a 5kg toadie if ya want to see it. caught friday.
Caught at Murphy's at Spot X S26 020.900 E152 30.330 in 25 -30m or line up the boat with the white top over Mt Coolum. the Fish did have blue lines on the cheeks and a red throat.
Must have made a mistake with the GPS mark on sopt X just checked it and it is 58k W of Noosa sorry have to get back to you on the right Lat& Long for you next time

out of about 50 fish caught only ended up with 2 keepers (1 maorie cod and a tusky) the rest were all undersize snapper and red emporer and dam grinners.
