fave jack lure

for all you jack lovers who use lures, what would you say your favourite jack lure is. personally i like the prawnstars but other people prefer the jack snacks and shad raps. whats yours.

Leads 4" deep diver timber lures. By far the most successful for me i reckon they outperform the holy grail gold bombers nearly two to one.
I would kill to be able to buy some more of them.

I use bait much more than lures, though I've had success with a 4" mad mullet. This one was just the other day.

I have had great success with this combination you can get right into the snag and the jacks just SMASH them then all you have to do is get them out. HAHAHAHAHAHA ANYWAY THERE CHEEP ENOUGH! HAHAHAHAHA. And you get good at tying knots. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

When I fish the rocks at Hastings point I use " RMG" scorpin 150 that dive to about 3-3.5 mtrs, Jewies love them and I also have bagged a few Jacks up to 3kgs with them [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

I find jacks love bling Anything gold they seem to get more hits, my favourite being C-Lure barra pros or Tilsan Barras. Got absolutely smashed up at hinchinbrook recently on gold barra pros, couldn't stop 'em >

mans 20 plus, yep! usually grey ghost, but this time yellow black 20 plus. trolled this one(71cm) in 16 feet of water in a creek in the 'narrows', part of gladstone, qld. reel is old faithful penn 8500ss. most of my jacks are trolled, but bait fishing by far beats any lure i have ever seen. mullet fillet is a 'KILLER'! One lure caught fish per 10 on bait. and bigger fish always on bait.
