Toads off the rocks

I've started to get into a bit of rock fishing around my area and found 7 out of 10 times these little sons of mothers attacking my bait. No matter how close or far out I cast the bastards are there >

Is there a way around, does anybody have any way of dealing with them other than moving to another area? Does burly bring them on more, is there any way to clear them out of the area?

Any personal experiences would be welcomed.

I don't think I've ever had a problem with toads before, so I can't help you.

ive found if they are there your better off not being there.
try finding some deeper water or water with plenty of wash around it ,because they are small they struggle in the turbulant water so they tend to move to the calmer shallow stuff.
