Has anyone fished the creek recently? Ive been away for a month and I hear there has been a bit of rain while I was away. Planning a trip to the Creek chasing some flatties, but are they biting?
I fished the creek a couple of timse last week, but i kept up around the sea rescue pontoon up to the mouth. I landed 4 legal duskies in a session with a lot of small bream and smaller flatties, and a couple of screamers. If i were you id paddle the hobie out the front around the flats if the weather permits, especially after this rain.
