Has anyone fished the flats much up in the northern section of Hervey Bay? Particularly Moon Point or any of the places that the big Golden Trevally are known to frequent? What is this time of year like up there for pelagics such as Tuna and Mackeral.
hey, have a look at paul dolans sportfishing adventures page for reports from that area, just punch that into ur serch engine and it should pop up, then go to trip reports. there are a few mackies getting around and stacks of tuna, but the tuna are a bit finiky atm from what ive heard, the goldens are there too, as are the queenies.
