Tailor fishing down the goldie

hi all. i am keen to train the better half up on some of the skills and techniques in catching tailor in the surf in preparation for our annual fraser trip . by following the reports i have noticed that the tailor are now coming in and some people are getting fantastic catches.

I have never fished any of the local beaches at all, so if someone would be able to give me any indictaion on which beach (location) to start looking, it'd be greatly appreciated. if everything goes to plan we will be out itting the beach next weekend either sat or sunday late arvo.

well known north end spots spit or seaway,main beach ,narrowneck but you could try any beach find gutters ,cheers
