That looks like something you did in photoshop cross between an elephants head (minus trunk) and spiny trevally

Looks like a fish with a sore nose..........failing that I'd go with hump headed unicorn fish?

Grants guide calls this one a Hump-nosed Unicornfish, he goes on to say that it is a very substandard food fish.

Hey Jeff,

Ern Grant's photo is of a much more dark brown fish with the same shape, which he states to be Naso tuberosus.
Hoga's fish's colouring seems to more suit Naso tonganus,

past that, I have no idea
