Looks like a fish with a sore nose..........failing that I'd go with hump headed unicorn fish?
Grants guide calls this one a Hump-nosed Unicornfish, he goes on to say that it is a very substandard food fish.

Ern Grant's photo is of a much more dark brown fish with the same shape, which he states to be Naso tuberosus.
Hoga's fish's colouring seems to more suit Naso tonganus,
past that, I have no idea

this is a hump headed unicorn fish and is extremely toxic i believe
let it go i thought it might be from the stergon type famly but with out the spike
with a cut throat?
Is it actually a cut throat? Its hard to make out in that picture.... Maybe that's where the hook got it...?
