Have been a reader of Ausfish for some time now and really appreciated the chat section. This is my first post so bear with me if it's not quite right.
Caught my first "real" tuna off Bribie on Sunday morning. A Northern Bluefin measuring 4 feet long. Unfortunately, I didn't have any scales with me to weigh it - anyone have any ideas/estimates as to what it would have weighed?
i caught one 24 5 2006 he was arond 800mm he weighed just under 8kg but it is hard 2 estmate weight with length because they get fat like a barrel he could be 10 2 15kg
