Hi guys
Just interested in what bait you all use for some specific fish. Snapper, cobia, taylor, flathead, bream etc. This might sound dumb but I tend to use steak strips alot- especially for flatties and bream. Pillies mainly for taylor.
What about you guys.

Some people say they do it and dad is going to try it I think, the bait I am talking about chicken brest fillet.

I've also used chicken but don't find it as good. I use any red meat i have lying around in the freezer at the time- even a chop. Find it stays on the hook good although I change it after it starts to loose color. As I mainly fished the caboolture river for flatties if the pillies didn't work then the meat usually did.

Whiting - blood worms or yabbies
Flathead - WA Pillies,
Bream - Yabbies, green prawns,
Catfish - mongrels bite on everything
Dart - Pippies
Off course a lot of those baits will catch a lot of fish.
