    What type of crab???

    Ive noticed a fair few small dark coloured crabs at low tide in breakfast creek. Has anyone else seen these and can you identify them???
    I thought they might be juvenile mudcrabs , but there were so many (thousands) I was not sure.
    If they are not juvenile muddies what are they called??

    Do they have one big claw & hang around the exposed mud banks. Maybe Fiddler crabs?
