    land based bribie fishing

Hey guys just looking to go land-based fishing in the next day or two over at bribie. I do have a cast net and a yabbie pump or i might use sp's too. Just looking for any suggestions?? anything would be appreciated

ps. i was thinking of fishing at high on the yabbie flats on the left of the bridge as you arrive at bribie - the one just to the right as you leave the little mariner there.

Fish Banksia Beach or Red Beach on incoming tide for whiting and flatties, use your yabbies for bait. Good Luck.

bribe is my favourite place to fish theres soooooo much just along the wall i frequently pull up flatthead ,flounder, bream and whiting all good size . Early morning is the best along the wall on the calm side of the island. Theres also mud flats that produce big catches of whiting flounder flatthead and bream. I now go there expecting to come back with dinner and i usually do.

Take a look at the Shore Fishing Australia website, there are some locations listed for land based fishing on Bribe
