I fish lucinda in december every year and have some allmighty fun, barra, jacks, gts, finger mark etc. The warmer the water the more fun. I dont use bait that much any more so the sp's and hard bodied lures get a real work out. One of my mates lives there, and the talk is that come november, december this year after all the rain they have had, she is going to go off. So have a ball and let me no how u go. Biggest barra boated was 1100cm on sp's, lost one bigger beside the boat on a hard bodied

would have been a little more help to you as balgal beach is only 45 min from lucinda......
i will be fishing lucinda myself in october for spaniards, but a quick look at the fishing diary shows that we cought a few good trout and reds in nov-dec last year so you should be in for a good trip. make sure you check about the reef fin fish closures that are on for that time of year.. save taking the trip and not being able to fish >
