Good bream at night aroud the freeway bridge keep your bait close to the pillons. And flathead of the sand /mud banks Quite a few actully . And of course catfish.
I have not had the boat down the pine river for around two months or so and was wondering how it has been fishing and what is on the chew at the moment?

Bassjunky,
There seem to be good catches of lizards in the 40cm to 60cm size throughout the North Pine at the moment, and you can probably expect to see it get better over the next month or two. Got a 60cm and 50cm lizard on SP (4" Saltwater Assasin in Pink Diamond) from the bank down near the Hornibrook Bridge last Saturday around midday. Was out for only 1.5 hours just at the end of the out-going tide. Should start to see some bigger females coming into the river system getting ready to spawn.
Cheers,
Gigantor
