    Shute Harbour Fishing

    Does any one have any idea if you can still fish from the jetty at Shute Harbour? I will be up in Airlie in a few weeks with the family and would love to wet a line while I am up there, I can't see me getting away with taking the tinnie to a family birthday weekend.. .
    I am on the look out for any land based fishing spots to help get a bit of sanity back after being over exposed to the family and all.

    Hi Trent,

    I think they have banned fishing from the jetty there. There was too much vandalism and rubbish left around from memory.

    Not 100% sure but pretty sure they have.
