Tips for Iluka --------please

Here's a map of the area showing where I fish land-based when I go down there each winter. The boats will give you access to gun spots like the middle wall (bream and luderick) or Brown's Rocks (bream and flathead)

fish along all the walls for all fish ..nearly..live bait ..herring can be jigged inside the wall on the northernside of main ramp..there are lots and lots of options to explore..some very deep water as well in places..my advice..turn the sounder on and start looking............the back channels in the esk river part, fish well for flathead and whiting at the right time....and your always the chance of getting a jew or two.
