How many rods can you fish with in a yellow zone?

as far as i know you can have one rod and if you have any other rods in the boat they have to be stored away

A lure equals one hook.

1 line, as for trolling wolfies(or other large baits) I believe that your allowed up to 6 hooks in a ganged config. as it is classified as one hook.

just copied this off the EPA webpage about the Great Sandy Marine Park zoning. it is in the definition of yellow zones (Conservation Park Zone).

"Line fishing is limited to one line or rod and one hook or lure per person.

When trolling, a maximum of three lines or rods with a combined total of six hooks can be used per person. When crabbing is permitted, only four catch devices may be used per person. "

When fishing of the beach off Fraser Island note 5 on the table its one rod and one hook or set of gang hooks (3 in total) or a lure and no terminal tackle on the other rods
When fishing the Great Sandy Designated Area note 4 on the table which is three rods and combined total of six hooks and no terminal tackle on the other rods as well
