Logan Ramp Preferences

I know this subject has been touched on before, but my searches didn't really make it clear. I'm about to start the long process of learning about the logan on a regular basis but remember some bad reports on ramp security.
What is the comparison between ferry, skinners and alberton or is there another that i've missed. I also need a bit of depth to launch so prefer longer ramps.

Hey Jim,

If the Logan is your place i recomend the Carbrook ramp as it has a bit more security, as in the way of depth it is not to bad as i have launched a six metre boat from there. By the way I just live up the road from it.

Ferry's Road, Skinners is just to hard to use at low tide

Jim,
No one mentioned it but it does cost $5.00 to use the Carbrook ramp but it is definately the most secure and best.

Pontoons to moor as well whilst getting yr trailer.
