RE; 1770
I'm contemplating taking the family to 1770/Agnes water early december with boat in tow. What I'm trying to suss out is whether the spotty mackerel have started their run and how about spaniards and cobia for that time of year. Do you get them in close, around round hill headland and south along the coast? Or do you need to go off Bustard heads and out? How about reefies, in reasonably close or well out? Haven't been here before so any feedback is very welcomed. Cheers, Mike.

I would say YES to all the above but there are definately more people on this site better qualified than me to help you out.

Mate - check out the reports in Saltwater Reports. There are a couple of recent 1770 submissions in there. Alternatively you could do a search on this site for 1770, I'm sure you'll get a heap of info come through.
Cheers.

To clarify - that was supposed to be Saltwater Reports - Offshore.
Enjoy.
