    Sounder with Trolling Motor

Guys, any clues on using your sounder while the elec. motor's going, as in a suppressor or something? Or is a seperate battery the only way? As soon as I hit the elec motor, the sounder cries "low batt"

    Cheers, Graeme

    WEEWAK

Go to garmin website and look at the way it is mounted to the motor

Re alarm for low batery make adjustment in your setting and run it at 12.5V ---your alarm stting is too low---

I do not use a suppressor for my Minn Kota and have no interference perhaps you have other type and the brushes can cause you some interference

Move your sonar away from the motor it may help
