If I recall correctly I usually get an EPE of about 19m. It all depends on how many satellites are in view and the signal quality. I would guess that for some reason you are losing lock on some of the satellites. You could be spot on position and be indicating an epe of 150m, but you could also be 150m off target, unless you have a positive fix, you wouldn't know.
Have you noticed the number of satellites displayed on your screen varying when the epe is changing?
Has it just started like this or has it been like it from new?
Can your antenna see clear sky in all directions?

No Luck, given the 70m altitude indication I'm guessing you weren't on the water but testing this at home?

If so, are you parked next to a high set house? I appears you might only be seeing part of the sky as Frank suggested. From the satellite display it appears the sats to your north have no signal strength. That would account for a poor (and varying) EPE figure.

My guess is that it would improve dramatically once out on the water in the open and you could expect 10-20m.

i notese this on water 1st too and EPE will be any where from 20m to 150 m too.
whan i going there is no way i could stay on bering let say 60deg it will go down to 40 deg and if i just tach stering will jump up to 95deg. etc and what i doing just zig zag and there is no way i can stop on waypoint if i stop for 2 seconds i will be up to 100m away and next 2 seconds it will show i m north of point 60m etc just all over the place
i sand unit and antenna today to BLA to be checked
    will see what they say

    No-luck

You have done the best thing. From what you say there is definitely an equipment malfunction, whether it's the antenna or the head unit remains to be seen.

Good luck and let us know what happens.

    Frank
