    Nauticpath Maps for Lowrance

G'day,I've got a Lowrance LMS-339C iGPS and I hear that these units now have Nauticpath maps to suit Australian areas.I hear that they're better than Navionics and also around $100 cheaper.Has anyone used them and if so are they any good??How do they really compare to Navionics??Any help welcome!

i too am very interested in the Nauticpath/ Navionics comparison, so if anyone has the good oil, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have one being delivered next week ...

Came free with Eagle sounder from Bias Boating

The boys there say the Navionics are still a lot better chart - especially their XL3 Gold chart which has recently been updated.

    Cheers

I'd stick with the Navionics for now.

Mobs like Navionics and C-Map are world leaders in digitised charts, and that's why they are generally a bit dearer.
go the Gold Chart cartography until the others have proven themselves.
