Looking at buying a Lowrance LCX-15 CT, 2nd hand.It has been stored for 3.5 years,in a box.Had been used for a short time only before that.
Do units deteriorate if not used?

I have done a google search on the unit,and the info I found ,says the LCD,produces better display when exposed to sunlight.
Anyone have one of these, that could comment.
Does anyone know just how old this unit would be?
