I have seen them in the shops but thats about it. However i know that buying from o/s you can save $1000-00 on the 6600 and the same on the 8120.
Thats a lot of money that someone here is making.
Don't mean to go on about this after the thread of dunno's.

I think they are 2 completely different products with the 6600 being a good combo while the 8120 is a premium product. Think a decision would be based on what you want from the product, if just fishfinder and GPS then the 6600, if you are after radar down the track or DVD movies then the 8120 is probably a good option.

Neither....at least they pay the postage for their warranty work...spend the money elsewhere!!!

I"m with Lobster if u have the $ to spend on a quality unit, if your looking at a 8120, i quess u have around $4k, then spend it on gear that is dependable and has a better after sales service than NAVMAN.

I like the features of the 8120, but the biggest draw back I can c with the unit is the NAVMAN emblem on the front of it!

I cant speak highly enough of the Garmin 178C that I have. The ease of use and intuitive functions seem much better than the Navman stuff that I have owned. Its clarity exceeds the specifications.
