I use a free program called GPS Trackmaker.
It has a map inbuilt, but of course it is not terribly detailed.
When you plot your marks or import them from your GPS, they will show on the map, and you can also link to Google Earth to show the marks on that as well.
I dont know what it would look like printed out.

Why not scan a copy of the map area you want, plot in your waypoints with a number as a reference with pernament fine point pen, then laminate the map on A4 and keep on your console of boat. That way, if you want to try another mark, you can get the visual your after by referring back to your own map and waypoint.![]()
