Kev - For an extension handle (If they work the way I'm thinking), you could get a piece of PVC that fits over the handle. Cut a few slots up the end of it, and put a clamp around it to tighten it on.
Then you can twist the pipe for speed, and steer.
Cheers,
Dan
A simpler way Dan. The handle is an eliptical shape 35 by 30. I got a 40mm pipe and 8mm down I drilled a hole each side and put a split pin through it effectively making it 32 deep. Pushed the pipe onto the handle as it still fits along the short side. As you turn the pipe the split pin will not go past the longer edge of the handle which is 35 and therefore turns it.
Hope this is clear enough for anyone wanting to make an extension.
