    Help with sounder upgrade

    Bought boat no. 4 back in Sept which came with Lowrance X70 sounder and Furuno GP31.

    Whilst both work okay, I am really keen to get a colour sounder and have been studying for a few months but cant make a decision.

    I'm not sure of the age of my existing electronics so I am considering a combo unit as a 3rd unit until one of the other packs up.

    Tossing up between LMS 339C DF IGPs, Humminbird 787c2, Garmin 298? and any other similar featured models.

    Any testimonials out there, that may help me?

    Cool sounder upgrade

    have a look at some of the other stuff here and previous pages me i just bought a fcv 620 furuno take a look at other threads there is plenty to think about here bluefin59
