    Mud Island

    Afternoon all,
Thinking of slipping over to Mud Sat approx 1300 & staying till late (Weather permitting). Anyone have better ideas? Am going to launch at White Is. What is the best spot to jig for some live bait on the way across?
    ROLL TIDE, ROLL.................

    Regards,
    Peter

Hi Pete, see you out there taking a couple of blokes out sat arvo, leaving whyte around 2.30 to try for some parrot first before the low at 4.30.
Go to the "elliot" marker with a red beacon out near the coffe pots in brissy road and go to the north side you will pick up some divers there, just what you need, or the elliot sometime hold yellowtail or pike.

Might give St Helena a shot for the early Bream Sat arvo / evening. ( like the idea of using 2 litres of fuel for a fishing trip ).

Sunday looks like it might glass out. Don't know for sure what time the drop will come. Probably with the change of tide 11pm. ???

Hope it's the 4pm tide though.
