    Teemburra from prossy

    G'day ausfish maaates.
    Will be fishing faust at proserpine in sep/oct this year.Planing to fish teemburra on the way home.Can we turn off the hwy between makay and prosy to get there.????.If not,whats the best road/track to go on.???

    turn off at kuttabul to marian than turn right than left at pinnacle than follow the signs should cut off 30 or 45mins

    kuttabul if spelt right is about 15min north of mackay towards prossy

    give your self 2hrs would guess 150-170km to the dam and 100km or an hr to kuttabul

    everyone we tell you something differant but I like 10a bombers and 15a both silver and gold, tilsan barra gold and green and red, tilsan bass in pink and reedy's OH and c-lures barra pro and barra pro mini

    I was up up at Teemburra a few weeks ago, for a look around and give the boat a run. I had a bad day, but I did speak to an old bloke at the ramp who said that they'd had a fair day on soft plastics, and he held up a green squidgy about 3 or 4 inches long.

    The road you want is called Marion - Hampton road, (goes from Hampton to Marion) and is signposted. You can actually turn off before this, just before Mt Ossa on to the Mt Charlton to Mirani road ( confused yet ?).
