Once again the boys from wheelin em in, will be headin over past mud to the 4 beacons in search of the mighty macs and the frustrating (but good shark bait ) mac tuna. With some new lures and tactics hopefully we'll get a few each and a tuna or two as well.
If you see us zoomin around come say gday (especially if you have found the macs and we are still searchin for em )

Fished the M8 beacon from 5.30 am till 12.30 Sunday , not much to report using pillies got 2 schoolies on board , one was a good fish at least 2 Kg .
There were 2 guy's with a small boy fishing next to us in a Signature Haines . They were jigging the beacon with small silver slugs ,
Throughout the morning they must have caught at least 15 possably 20 mac's .
Even the young bloke got a few & he was flat out reaching over the side of the boat . [smiley=wut.gif]

Well Peter you got two more than us better than nothing. A morning of jigging the 1 beacon is a lot of hard work and persistence, I guess they got the rewards though, good on em.
