Evans Head over Easter

Looking at having a break at Evans Head over the Easter weekend. Has anybody seen the condition of the bar lately?

Haven't seen it - but have it on good authority that the Spaniards are still on - so people are getting over it (and in) OK.

The Evans Bar has sanded up to the same state it was before the dredging operation a short while back.If you are unfamiliar with it stay away from it an hour either side of low water and providing there's not to much on it you shouldn't have any dramas.If it's cracking you'll need a bit of sting in your tail,watch the locals and if you decide to go don't change your mind once commited.If you are familiar with it your laughing,take your wire,there are good Spoties and Barries about(not every day though),the odd nice size Squire and some Trag.
