Hey Wayne,
still gotta join you out there one of these days!! Guess I'll have to tow the beast to Bribie??
Lawry
I'm lookin at that forecast thinkin it's too good to be true for Saturday and that high looks like it will be over us for the weekend
If it doesn't change too much I'm headin but I will probly go to my Pearlie mark off the Cape
How far is a round trip to the banks from Mooloolabah ?
Wayne - I live in Narangba and I think I have seen you towing your boat off New Settlement Road after the railway underpass a few times. Would that be right ??
Cheers
Greg

I live in Cottontree Drive so yes that would of been me. Call in for a beer oneday. It's about a 110klm round trip by boat if the weather holds you should give it a go.
Lawry witch way are you heading off Bribie the Cape or Caloundra.
PeeWee wear are you!!!
Wayne
Wayne, as you know I live southside, and usually put in at Cleveland - have never put in anywhere north of there! (except 1770!!!) thats why I'm playing with the idea of towing the boat your way one of these days - My guess is trhe boat trip from Cleveland to where you usually fish would be huge, and expensive, and my guess is I'm better of driving up first. what do you thinhk? Or is the distance across water not hugely different??

Lawry, Better off driving, it's too far by boat from Cleveland (3-4 hours 1 way-guess)
Ken
Fellas if your comeing this far this weekend, going on the forcast bring your boats. Alot of area to explore around here. Sitting on about 40-45klm's and a decent day will take you about 1 hour to get to the b/banks from the ramp. The amount of klm's i do when i go to morton sometimes is greater than the banks.
