Just had a look on the map ... about 27 mile from mooloolabah to the northen side where the fish bite better ??? about an hour and a half ride ... should be okay ... used to go out 30 mile from cairns ....

I will probably leave a little bit earlier than you in order to get a head start. I cruise at 19-20 knots in order to get an acceptable fuel economy from my rig. I am assuming that you guys cruise at 25-30 knots or even more? So will probably leave around 3:30 and meet you somewhere on the way. What do you think?

Saturday: SW to SE winds 10/15 knots, turning NE to N 10/15 knots during the
afternoon and evening.

Does this mean it will glass out sometime during the day ???

Moreton and 20/25 knots to the south. Winds easing to 20 knots during the
morning and easing further to 15 knots by the evening. Seas 2.5 to 3 metres,
abating to 1.5 metres by the evening. A 2 to 3 metre S to SE swell. Isolated
showers.

with predictions like that for tomorrow money on an arse raping.
