    Pumicestone Passage

Planning to launch from Caloundra PBC on Sat 25th about 4 am, collect some livies and go looking for jew, trevally and queenies and whateverthehell else. Probably be around the Halls Bay area. Probably go a bit further up looking for flathead on the run out tide also.

Give me a wave and come and say hello if you see me.

I'd be out there with you Jeremy, but I gotta get my BBQ cranking for a AFL Grand Final brunch, then off to the pub to watch the Lions demolish Port! How do you collect your livies and where? The sight of that Queenie in one of the posts looks promising for some action in the passage!

    Cheers,

That's what I'm thinking Hutcho. I have had good success getting my livebait from the canals and Bells Ck. Mullet take the most work, but there are plenty of herring and hardiheads in the canals. I have also got a few good size gar which have been frozen down as troll baits.

    Cheers,

    Jeremy
