This Weekend's Out.

Oh well, it looks as though this weekend is out for offshore fishing (what a surprise!). This is starting to get a little bit monotonous. The only plus we can get out of this mess is the fact that we have received some good rain, with the prediction of more to come, and that can't be a bad thing. Some rain should start to give things a bit of a flush out and generally give the whole cycle a bit of a kick along. It seems as though any decent days we have had have been during the week. Regardless, it looks as though there seems to be little point doing any long-term planning ahead for a fishing trip and you just have to be ready to go at the drop of a hat in the narrow windows current weather patterns provide between systems. Anyway, it looks like a weekend best used for tackle preparation and maintenance to get things ready to go chasing some pelagics, which should start to roll up in some numbers in early-mid December. Bring it on!!!
