ill be around the bribie passage all weekend.fisher boats is having an open day on saturday at bribie so if anyone wants to have a test run in one of their rigs you can turn up and go for a blast, also a good chance to talk with the owners and see what they have to say there will be boats of all sizes available.
a crabbing assult is also the plan.after the rain i might just get lucky NAH !

I am thinking of heading up to the Caloundra end of the passage Sat arvo into the evening. Might be a bit windy tho, check the forecast again Sat.

I did go out Sat arvo, but time was short and since Southport is a little closer and I thought the seaway might fire after the rain, I headed south. Heaps of whitebait in the seaway. Water wasn't too fresh. Threw and trolled heaps of lures around the seaway but didnt do any good. Good to get out anyway.
