There has been some great action off the rocks over the last few months, all sorts of species turning up around round hill head. The boys fishing the rocks have been doing well, spanish, schoolies, spotties, mac tuna, queenies, golden trevally, gt's, etc etc.
Good jacks in the creeks.
Tony, when are you running for prime minister? All i ever hear about you mate is helping out touring fisho's, offering great discounts to ausfish members and good reports always filtering back to ausfish of your beaut hospitality. You've got my vote for Queenslander of the year.
Dale
Thats a shame mate, I had some interesting things to show you! The "young fella and I have been out about 3 nights this week, was gunna take you to spot "y" tonight.
Couldn't get any jack, just couldn't get the live baits past those bloody huge silver creek grinners! There is always next time! (I'll post more on those "grinners" shortly.
Geday Tony ,
MMMMMMMMMMM trying to figure what type of fish you are talking about Couldn't get any jack, just couldn't get the live baits past those bloody huge silver creek grinners!
Could they have been Barra ???
Peter
I think Barra is what they call em when they are in season. I call them a "pain" when You are trying to catch jack and the season is closed. Once the season opens, they will probably be like hens teeth!
