Lucinda 12th til ?

Devocean and myself are heading to Lucinda area for about a week of fishing the Hinchenbrook and outer reefs. Doing a fair bit of spearing and pig shooting as well.
Not leaving til about 11th or 12th, so if anyone has got a recent report or any tips, please add to this post.

Mick, went up today and man did it rain. I lived in the area for about 10 years and I've n-e-v-e-r fished the channel in so much rain. The fishing was so slow in the morning(one small goldspot cod), nealy gave it up by lunch. But hung around till the tide was a little lower and got a couple of jacks and a swag of pink eyed perch off the drains in the small boat pass.
You might get lucky and get a good day for the reef. The water today was flat as.


Oh, I only use lures and all fish were returned.
