Yeah, Bugga.

Must be a difficult decision as to how heavy to fish for them. Heavier tackle would (I"m guessing ) do less damage - but make it a less exhilarating experience for the fisher. Is that right ??

Tony, they fish pretty much 37kg chair only, hope jeff doesnt mind me posting his pic, its serious gear.

We fish all standup 24kg when we go out heavy tackle. It's more practical for us than fishing standup 37kg, but we have seen a fish that we didn't want to hookup as a consequence. Boats who switchbait usually have a 15kg, 24kg and 37 all on the ready depending on the size of fish. Most of the blues out there are around 130-150kg so its big fish.
