Never fished off a boat!
hey guys, i live in Brisbane (Tarragindi) and have never fished from a boat, id really like to give it a go but as youve probably gathered dont have any mates with a boat, actually most of my friends dont particularly like fishin(they like eatin my catch) its generally something i do on my own, i dont have any heavy boat gear but a 6kg spin stick and hi speed threadline, oh and a baitcaster with 8kg line and a small spin outfit with fireline i use for plastics, anyway if anyone would like some company on a trip, id be more than happy to come along and teach you a thing or two take it easy guys

nemo, there should be loads of boats going out at the moment chasing spotties, your spin gear would be perfect for that, someone needs to tell the fish to school up in the bay in reasonable numbers though
i got plenty of crew at the moment but should be someone around that could take you for a run.

haha yeh i hope not chrisso, ive been out wide on sailing boats before and was ok, hopefully all the fishin action will keep me distracted , but on the other hand ive never heard anyone say that burley is detrimental to fishing, might plan ahead and have a good feed of anchovies, squid and baby octopus the night before...
