Harry atkinson reef friday night..14/4/05

hi all. i will be heading out from raby bay friday night to harry atkinsons reef. i will be out all night. what i would like to know is. is it worth the trip (at 7 knt) or would somewhere else be better ( myora light etc) i have some freinds with me that would just like to catch some fish. (size not that important as all will be returned to the water) and what bait may work this time of year. any sugestions would be greatly recived..thank you....

Everytime time I've been to Harrys I always get baby squire using prawns. However, I've been told that you should use fresh squid and pilchards on a paternoster rig for something more worthwhile. I might be heading out there in the morning so say hello if you see me. My boats the one in the picture I use for my avatar I haven't got her name tatoo'd on the hull yet though.

thanks jason. we ended up heading out early sat morning. got a few little squire on prawns. i'm not sure if i seen u out there or not, we were in the 30ft fly bridge cruiser oh the southern side of the reef.left about 10.00am
